Setup OS X email client

To use our hosted email with the standard OS X email client please follow the instructions below:

  1. Run the email client and select the Preferences item in the Mail menu at the top.
  2. This will cause a preferences dialog window to open, click on the Accounts tab.
  3. To create a new account click on the + button below on the left.
  4. A new account dialog window will open. Select IMAP or POP as the account type and fill in your full email address in the email field. The click on the continue button.
  5. You will now be asked to configure your incoming email settings. Please enter the incoming mail server, user name and your password. Then click on the continue button.
  6. You will now be asked to configure your outgoing email settings. Please check the Use authentication check box. Then enter the outgoing mail server, user name and your password. Then click on the continue button.
  7. Your email account should be set up.
