Updating domain contact details

To change the contact details for your domain name please follow these steps:

  1. Login to our members pages.
  2. In the members home either click on the "View/configure your domains" link or submit the "Quick Search" form.
  3. You should now be confronted with a table of domains names, click on the "Configure" link for the domain you wish to update.
  4. You should now be confronted with all the information (authoritative DNS servers and various contact details) the registry keeps regarding your domain. Click on the appropriate change contact link.
  5. Fill in and submit the form. Please make sure that the email field contains a valid email address. You may also apply the changes to other contact types by selecting the check boxes at the bottom of the form.

Contact details updates are made in real time and hence the registries records are amended as soon as you submit the form in step 5. However it may take some time for all whois databases to update their information. You can check our whois online.

Updating account contact details

To change your account contact details please follow these steps:

  1. Login to our members pages.
  2. In the members home either click on the "View/Change your account contact details" link.
  3. Click on the "Change" link.
  4. Fill in and submit the form. Please make sure that the email field contains a valid email address.

Modifying multiple domain contacts at once

If your browser supports DOM correctly it is possible to modify the contact details for multiple domains at once. To do this please follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to our members pages.
  2. In the members home click on the "View/Change your account contact details" link.
  3. If your browser supports DOM correctly this page will contain a "Apply these contact details to your domains" link, click on it.
  4. You should now be confronted with a form listing your domains and the various contact details, select the checkboxes that apply then submit the form.

Important considerations

The admin contact for your domain must have a working email address. We will use this email address to send you renewal notices and other important information regarding your domain. Your account contact details should also contain a working email address, we will use this to send you important information about changes to our site and services.
